July 31, 2011 Dear Toolbox Readers,
What a week last week was... They promised us financial armageddon and we did sell off a bit... BUT... Did we sell off because the big-time wrestlers in congress could not forge an agreement... or because the economic data continues to disappoint?
I do know this... IF you want to be active in this market environment you have to be trading in the very short term. Holding overnight presents headline risk of a deal...or not.
This is the reason that the Power Emini room is so great. High powered trading in a very liquid market where you can go long or short and make coin either way.
Jeffrey and the gang were in the trenches and trading the action last week while many of us chose to sit back and watch.
Times like this can be great for trading in the intra-day... but swing trading and investing become a bit more uncertain.
