Dear Toolbox Readers,
What a week we have had. Schizophrenia in the market continues and the intra-day reversals have been fierce. I wrote on the blog this week that you should keep an eye out for some Evidence of both of these scenarios is seen in the chart below.  You can see the HUGE gains on Tuesday and early Wednesday, then the fierce reversal. We have seen a few like this, but there are many more to come.
Earnings Season is always an exciting and dangerous time.
One good number and the market can take off to the upside and a single miss could send the whole market reeling. Don't get caught holding when you're on the wrong side of the trade.
Anyone doing short term trading where they plan to hold over night needs to be sure and check when the earnings come out so that they do not get any early morning shockers.
The option seminar last night was awesome. Tonight we have the Strategy Session for premium members of the Research Lab. That's gonna be great too.

It seems that there have been so many events lately that we should build a calendar so that you can see which ones are upcoming so that you can get on the appropriate notification list.
After tonight's Strategy Session the next event will be the ETF trading System Seminar for long-term investors on the 24th. This 31 year old formula is making people a lot of money in the most risk averse way possible.
After that there will be the Swing Traders Best Practices Seminar early in August as far as I can tell.
These event will be free and open to everyone just be sure to sign up for the
notification lists. Lastly, I have seen some great stock picks in the software this week and really all throughout this market turmoil... One new user compared the Stock Picker RT to a crystal ball. It is amazing how many great picks can show up even on big down days.
People really seem to like the Stock Picker RT software. Especially at the new price of just $79.00 per month. I guess they feel better about it knowing they can cancel anytime if they feel like they better "run for the hills".
UPDATE: This summer we are adding a few new tools to the Research Lab and in the fall we are thinking about creating an entirely new "platinum" level service in there that hands out trades on a silver platter.
The new service will show exactly which stock to buy, with 3 price targets as well as stop-loss points and break-even points.
If you remember the old saying... Give a man a fish... Teach a man to fish... Bill finally said why don't we just give people a fish sandwich?
I thought it was a delicious idea.
